Return & Refund Policy

Hair Extensions & Products

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Custom / Used Items

  • We cannot accept returns on custom or used hair extensions or services.
